Toottoot Baby Shop Online orders are all delivered through Australia Post registered postal service.

Most orders are delivered between 2 to 10 working days.

There may be a delay with some areas within Australia where it may take 7 to 14 days for your items to arrive.

There is a fee for all orders under $50. A $8.45 shipping fee is required. All orders over $50 have free shipping.

I ship only within Australia. I do deliver to PO Boxes.

CUSTOMER PICK-UP

If you would like to pick up your item(s), please email me at toottootbabyshoponline@hotmail.com before placing a order.

The pick up address is in Wollert. I will email you full address when requested.

Please make sure you email me before placing your order.

When your item(s) is ready to be picked up, I will email you to let you know.

All customer pick ups are cash on pick up.

Toottoot Baby Shop Online offer an exchange or refund on online purchases.

The items will have to be returned with original tags and package.

Refunds and exchanges on sale items do not apply. I offer a 15 day money back guarantee.
